| About Our Lamps |
The UV Medium Pressure Lamps that we produce are made at our Ilmemau, Germany. Our state-of-the-art factory is equip with modern machinery and an experienced production team. We have the capability to produce high volume of the highest quality UV lamps for any UV curing application. This includes lamps with an output of 60kW and arc lengths up to 4 meters. This includes both mercury-vapour medium-pressure lamps, mercury-vapour high-pressure lamps (short-arc lamps) and metal-halide lamps. Aside from this our lamps are unique in another very significant way.
The development of our everyclear lamps has the capability to increase the working lifetime of our lamps up to 4000 hours. Yes - Our UV Lamps will work on anything from older conventional chokes/transformers to modern EPS (Electronic Power Supplies).
Will your UV Lamps be compatible with my power supply?Yes - Please see our lamp warranty on the UV curing lamps page of our website.
Do you provide a guarantee for the lifetime of your UV Lamps?Yes - we can produce both Ozone-free and Ozone-less UV Lamps as required.
Can you manufacture UV Lamps that are Ozone-free?Yes - if you are interested in uv-technik international becoming your supplier, we can take a working sample from you and replicate it at our factory.
Can you produce a UV Lamp based on a sample lamp?Yes - if you experience any kind of problem following the supply of our lamps, please do get in touch.
