| Operating UVC Lamps |
The operation of and maintenance of UV Lamps requires the attention of skilled individuals. Without question, the most important aspect of working with any type of UV is safety. When using UV Lamps:
✔ Be aware that switching the lamps on/off regularly will take half an hour from the lamp lifetime.
✔ Ensure that they are periodically cleaned with alcohol wipes.
✔ Do not touch the quartz glass with bare hands.
✔ Ensure you have considered UV safety for all persons operating or in the vicinity of the lamps.
